Once before in my life I had to sell my home during a divorce with a 2 year old and a 10 week old baby then move 3,000 miles back east. She was wonderful and supportive during trying times. This is the kind of support and caring Don Da Via demonstrated this time being 3,000 miles away and dealing with my sister in a third time zone. The virtual tour was professional. The communications between him in Florida, my sister in Texas, and myself in California were timely, accurate, informative, and friendly. Don is tech savvy. His emailed maps of detailed information on pending and sold houses were extremely helpful.

Don went above and beyond to get our first contract offer to me late at night. There is a 3 hour time difference from Florida to California. He was emailing me the contract to FedEx at 10pm my time which was 1am Florida time. We had difficulty coordinating with my sister in Texas, and he didn't give up. I truly appreciate his unending effort on my behalf.

I was selling my father's property from 3,000 miles away. It was important to me to get the recommendation of our broker from someone who had experience with him. I would definitely recommend Don Da Via to anyone looking for a realtor.
